Hi - I'm really keen to use the opportunity presented by Civil Service Live to get a community going of people who are interested in how we can work better together in the civil service. Like many of you, I find I use all sorts of different ways of communicating when I'm at home and out of the office. But we're still stuck with pretty traditional ways of working in the office.

 

I've got lots of ideas, but I'm sure there are many and better ones out there as well. I hope we can use this opportunity to actually develop some useful tools - starting small but demonstrating what's possible.

 

And a particular thanks to William, who's been a champion of this cause for a long time.
